Apropos of nothing, back around 2015 i began this series of stylized loteria illustrations depicting items and characters - and even forklore creatures - I grew up around in the primarily Mexican neighborhoods of LA I grew up in. It began with the paletero, or popsible man. I never got to doing a complete enough edition for an actual loteria game, unfortunately.
